Born with a passion for teaching and writing, Prof B N Chakravarty continued teaching even at the age of 93, before passing away in 2022. He had a knack for documenting information based on his experience and contemporary scientific publications. The first four volumes in the series written by him bear plenty of such evidence, bringing to light many new findings drawn from his observations while treating patients.
The fifth volume presents a compilation of contributions from various ART specialists nationwide. All the contributors have put in their best foot forward in their area of interest, covering diverse facets of infertility such as endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, and recurrent pregnancy loss.
This volume discusses in detail current perspectives on various aspects of infertility and recent trends in their management. The Surrogacy Act, the rules governing ART, and the guidelines for running and maintaining an ART bank have also been discussed, and will illuminate the path for interested ART specialists.
