Chapter 3 is an exploration of the contributing factors to stigma in dementia in modern society. Chapter 4 is a compilation of the stories of individuals with dementia and their caregivers. It is a written representation of the storytelling intervention briefly mentioned in Chapter 3. The author hopes that this book will bring some new knowledge of the various contributing factors to modern stigma in dementia around the world as well as a greater understanding of the importance of addressing this stigma.
