By Jim Hinojosa PhD OT FAOTA, Paula Kramer PhD OTR/L FAOTA, Charlotte Royeen PhD OTR/L FAOTA

Explore OT from multiple perspectives…from theory to practice.

A who’s who of theorists, educators, and practitioners explores the concept of “occupation” and its role as the foundation for occupational therapy practice today. Each contributor explains the conceptual models, frameworks, paradigms, or theoretically-based guidelines that they have developed over many years of practice, experience, and research. Case studies at the end of each chapter illustrate how theory translates into real-world practice in the field.
